Wireless suits cost Los Altos $1.6 million

It cost the city of Los Altos more than $1.6 million to fight lawsuits filed by wireless carriers over the city’s 2019 emergency ordinance that restricted installations.

Resident Larry Lang, who is running for city council in November, received the legal and consulting fees totals after filing a public records request with the city.
